About the Role:

The Logistics Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services within the consumer support services industry. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations, which includes inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics. The ultimate goal is to optimize the supply chain process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Logistics Operator will work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of shipments. By effectively managing logistics operations, this role directly contributes to the overall success and reputation of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD).

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily logistics operations, including inventory management and order processing.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers by managing transportation logistics.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain process.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics documentation.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include strong organizational abilities, which are essential for managing multiple logistics tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in logistics software is utilized daily to track shipments and manage inventory levels effectively.
