II. Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate booking, storaging, and safe handling of finished products. | |||||||||||

1 | Report to the OEM warehouse supervisor and Coordinator and complete assigned receiving tasks. | ||||||||||
2 | Receive and inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards. | ||||||||||
3 | Accurately record the information of finished goods in the warehouse management system by using scnaner or manual records. | ||||||||||
4 | Ensure finished goods are stored according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle to prevent expiration or unsold stock. | ||||||||||
5 | Assist in organizing warehouse items to ensure finished goods are stored by Part Number and specification. | ||||||||||
6 | Participate in regular inventory counting and assist in verifying the accuracy of inventory data. | ||||||||||
7 | Maintain 5S and safety in the warehouse, following warehouse management and safety protocols. | ||||||||||
8 | Perform other tasks assigned by the Receiving Coordinator or management. | ||||||||||

Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | |||||||||
Experience | 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. | ||||||||||
Education | High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) | ||||||||||
Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of forklift operating. | ||||||||||
Other Requirements | Forklift license/Certificate MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Problem-solving ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. | ||||||||||
