Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for 80+ drivers to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Utilize logistics software to track shipments and analyze performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards is preferred.
