Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of inventory and materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in managing shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize logistics operations.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies.
• Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage inventory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience using warehouse equipment (scanners, pallet jacks, carts).
• Previous logistics or material handling experience.
