STORE MANAGER

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail operations, team development, and customer service? We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff leadership, donation processing, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop store staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and accountability.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Serve as a positive role model and leader for employees and volunteers.

Operations & Financial Performance

• Oversee daily store operations, sales transactions, and processing activities.
• Develop and manage store budgets and expenses.
• Drive sales growth and achieve financial goals.
• Monitor inventory flow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer experience.

Customer Service & Community Engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Promote awareness of the organization's mission and community impact.
• Represent the organization professionally within the community.

Safety & Compliance

• Champion workplace safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure safe working conditions for employees and customers.
• Maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Identify and address safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong supervisory and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Physical Requirements
