**Pay: **$20.25/Hour + Monthly Cross-Selling Bonuses Up to $1,000
Schedule: 8:45 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Training: 4–6 weeks in Springfield, OH

Job Description
The selected candidate will complete 4–6 weeks of training in Springfield, OH before working primarily out of the Beavercreek location.
Responsibilities
Assist members with loan applications and gather required information
Process loan paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Explain loan amounts, fees, payment options, and terms to members
Review loan files to ensure required documentation and guidelines are met
Assist with new checking, savings, and other account openings
Perform teller duties and accurately handle/count money as needed
Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Complete data entry, clerical tasks, and other branch duties as assigned
Requirements

Must be comfortable counting and handling money accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable talking with customers and recommending additional products/services
Professional and dependable
