Job Overview:
- Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or forks to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage yard to manufacturing bays, construction site or similar location.
- Responsible for loading and unloading bulk materials, such as steel, from vendor deliveries.
- Transporting of equipment, such as conveyors, within storage yard and manufacturing building(s).
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
