Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, as a Litho Press Operator for our 2-color GTO press! We are looking for a skilled operator who is passionate about printing and has a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. This is a first shift position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the 2-color GTO press to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality standards are met throughout the printing process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the press to minimize downtime.
• Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and materials used.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience operating a 2-color GTO press or similar printing equipment.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
