As a Press Operator, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for operating a 56-inch, seven color sheet-fed offset Lithographic press and producing positive experiences and innovative solutions for our customers.

Pay: $26-$/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• The coordination to safely operate lithographic press
• Accurately input customer orders into the computer system
• Efficiently perform quality inspections by paying close attention to detail
• Ensure a smooth transition in the production process by sending materials to die cutting department
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot any issues needing to be resolved, and efficiently record production data.
• Ensure safe and efficient set up and operation of the printing equipment.
• Follow and complete all work instructions for each job.
• Check quality continually ensuring standards are met or exceeded.
• Conduct make readies.
• Responsible for knowing equipment lockout procedures.
• Record production data as required (paperwork and on computer system).
• Perform general housekeeping and other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of color matching.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated ability operating a lithographic printing press or related experience,preferably KBA, Manroland or Mitsubishi.
