We are seeking a collaborative team player to be an integral part of our fast-paced production team (bottling area) that packages our various products. You take pride in your work and routine tasks are done with dedication to accuracy and timeliness. Working side-by-side with other team members, you’ll be part of the packaging and inspection team, making sure that our products are packaged correctly, and the required paperwork is completed accurately. You like having a complete view of the process and enjoy completing a project from the beginning to the end. You are interested in growing with our company, participating in the many training programs we make available. Importantly, you appreciate a positive, encouraging work culture where there’s lots of room to grow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

· 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of manufacturing equipment.

· Familiar with all aspects of line operations.

· Deals effectively with people.

· Understands production quotas and labor efficiency

· Must be able to count and copy figures to reports and use scales.

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to perform physical work, exercising up to 60 lbs. of strength frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

· Must read and write English at High School level. Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English.

Starting wage: $19 to $21 per hour plus shift differential

Requirements

Attention to Detail: You are responsible for packaging product within product specifications, including checking for correct code dates, defective packaging materials. You complete paperwork and documentation in an accurate, neat and timely manner.

Safety & Cleanliness: You clean and sanitize equipment to meet quality control standards, complete CCP, end of week sanitation, and regular tool, knife and scissor checks. You maintain a clean and safe work area.

Adapts Quickly: You move quickly to change assignments as needed throughout your shift to help the team accomplish production goals.

Team Player: Demonstrates a positive attitude and consideration towards fellow employees. Cooperates and communicates well with co-workers and strives to promote positive teamwork and build team spirit.
