You will be the Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst for the F-35 Business Operations team which is responsible for building and sustaining the Line of Business performance dashboards that transforms raw data into actionable insight.

What You Will Be Doing

As the F-35 LoBE Data Analyst – Level 4 you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the enterprise‑wide performance dashboards while empowering the Engineering teams to make data‑driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of use for stakeholders.


• Aggregate and analyze data from project‑management tools, financial systems, and operational databases to generate actionable insights.


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define key metrics, establish data‑collection processes, and deliver clear reporting solutions.


• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in concise visualizations and executive briefings.


• Provide training and ongoing support to LoBE members on dashboard functionality and data‑tool best practices.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

•STEM Related Bachelor's degree or higher
•Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects
•Active Secret Clearance

Desired skills

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
•Program or Project Management Experience
•Earned Value Experience
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

•Interest in learning about program management processes and a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives beyond traditional data analytics responsibilities.

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
