What You Can Expect
Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, griddles, fryers, and slicers
Set up and break down workstations following proper sanitation protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment
Collaborate across all kitchen stations, including Prep/Line Cook, Expo, Salad/Deli, Catering, and Dishwasher
Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, and security standards
Complete required safety training and maintain up-to-date certifications
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
Present a clean, professional appearance at all times
What You Bring to the Table
1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout your shift
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Valid Food Handler Certificate (Louisville Metro Health Department or ServSafe)
A passion for food and a team-first attitude
