What your day will look like:- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet upscale dining expectations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff during high-volume service
Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen safety standards
Assist with inventory management and proper food storage procedures
What we are looking for:- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Line Chef in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Culinary training or certification is a plus
