Pay Rate: $22.00/Hr. - $24/Hr. on W2
Shift: Thursday-Sunday 1st shifts 8:00am-6:30pm|2nd shift 7:00pm-5:30am
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure production quality meets specifications.
- Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager.
- Ensure the line is running efficiently.
- Provide mentoring to leads and promote mentoring of staff.
- Make work priority lists for personnel based on utilization of time/capabilities.
- Coordinate the flow of products through the department.
- Manage the quality, availability, and affordability of the product line.
- Assign workers to line positions as per play sheet and rotate workers throughout the shift.
- Manage all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost, and schedule.
- Ensure workers are performing duties according to the play sheet.
- Communicate with supervisor to improve line performance.
- Help admin perform changeover procedure.
- Work on the line only to temporarily cover a position if required.
Qualifications
- General Education.
- Experience on manufacturing line.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.
Technical Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement.
