Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate metal fabrication equipment, including punch presses, shears, rolls, power brakes, and saws.
• Cut, bend, straighten, and form sheet metal parts and materials.
• Create shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks to support production processes.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine production tasks and make basic decisions using standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn fabrication processes.
• Training provided.
