We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Industrial Assembler to join our team in Carey, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, contributing to the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

1st: Hours: Mon. – Fri. 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $16.85

2nd: Hours: Mon. – Fri. 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $17.60

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
