Caltrol is looking for a full-time Lifecycle Service Technician Trainee to join our team in Chandler, AZ.
You will work with Level l and Level ll Technicians to assist in providing field repair and shop services for all valves, actuators, and general valve instrumentation. We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy candidate who is eager to learn from coworkers and actively support our repair operations.
You must have a valid driver's license in good standing and an excellent driving record.This is a safety-sensitive position. You are required to pass a pre-screen drug test that includes testing for marijuana. You will also be subjected to random hair follicle drug testing.
Hiring Range
The hiring range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 p/hour. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing:
What we’re looking for:
Ability to pass and keep up with OSCA Random drug screening and background checks for customers.
Valid CA Driver's license and an excellent driving record.
Ability to work weekends and overtime as required to meet customer needs.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Ability to send emails and process work orders using computer software.
Ability to safely use and maintain a large variety of tools and equipment associated with the assembly of valves and actuators, including impact wrenches, electric and manual hand tools, testing equipment, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
Strong work ethic.

Mechanical and Electrical experience.
Ability to read customer Schematic drawings
Ability to read and interpret assembly manuals (IOM’s).
Knowledge/experience of manual machining
