Licensed Residential Electrician
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay: $25–$35 per hour plus commission

We are hiring an experienced Licensed Residential Electrician to serve homeowners throughout the Columbus area. What You’ll Do
Diagnose and resolve residential electrical problems
Complete electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and new installations
Service panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, wiring, and other residential electrical systems
Conduct safety inspections and identify potential electrical hazards
Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
Help customers make informed decisions based on safety, performance, and budget
Complete work in accordance with NEC standards and applicable local codes
Review blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications when needed
Document job details, materials, and customer information using ServiceTitan or similar software
Maintain a clean, safe job site and an organized company vehicle
Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, contractors, and other team members
Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage
What We’re Looking For
Current Journeyman Electrician license or another applicable electrical license
At least two years of residential electrical experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local electrical requirements
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable presenting service options and pricing to homeowners
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements
ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience is preferred but not required
