Licensed Plumber - $40-$65/hr DOE + commissions and performance bonuses!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Licensed Plumber for our client to start immediately at $40-$65/hr DOE + commissions and performance bonuses! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and components
• Respond to service calls and accurately determine the source of plumbing issues
• Complete work in compliance with applicable plumbing codes
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Keep accurate and complete service documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Properly care for company tools, equipment, and service vehicle

Location: Plainfield, IL

**Schedule/Shift Details: **First shift, Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM

• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of documented plumbing apprenticeship experience — required
• Residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience preferred
• Illinois State Plumbing License preferred, though not required
• City of Chicago Plumbing License preferred, though not required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Able to work independently in customers’ homes and businesses
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Able to safely use plumbing tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Has 3+ years or accumulated hours on an apprenticeship license and is seeking growth, a strong team culture, and the foundation for a lucrative plumbing career
