We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed P & C and Life and Health Agent to join our team in Mentor, OH. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their insurance needs, providing them with the best solutions for their personal and business requirements. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their insurance options for property, casualty, life, and health coverage.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate information.
• Process policy renewals, changes, and claims in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a desire to help clients achieve their insurance goals.
