Position Overview

We are seeking a skilledLicensed Commercial Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate brings exceptional craftsmanship, a strong safety-first mindset, and a commitment to strict code compliance and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Assembly

• System Layout:Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan layout and installation requirements.

• Line Installation:Install water, drainage, and gas lines in diverse commercial environments.

• Pipe Preparation & Assembly:Accurately measure, cut, thread, solder (copper), and assemble pipes using modern hand and power tools.

• Precision Work:Use measuring tools to ensure precise cuts, proper pitch/alignment, and code-compliant system integration.

Site Operations & Safety

• Team Collaboration:Work closely with construction management and production teams to keep projects running on schedule.

• Safety Protocols:Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

• Documentation & Communication:Record work performed and provide clear status updates to site supervisors and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Licensure:ActiveJourneyman/ Master Plumbing License(Required).

• Experience:Proven experience with commercial plumbing systems (water, gas, and drainage).

• Code Knowledge:Thorough understanding of local commercial building codes and plumbing regulations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and precision measurement.

  • Strong expertise in soldering copper pipe, threading, and various pipe-joining methods.

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities on active job sites.

• Physical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical labor, and navigate active construction sites daily.
