Responsibilities

Assist in the leasing process by showing available units to prospective tenants.
Handle administrative tasks including maintaining tenant records and processing applications.
Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and address their concerns promptly.
Assist the Property Manager in developing marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field preferred.
