Description
Projects Inc. is looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Machine Supervisor in support of Projects Aerospace and Power Generation customers. Projects Inc. is a manufacturer of complex small, machined components in the Aerospace and Power Systems industries and has been in business for over fifty years.
The right candidate will supervisor 5 to 6 employees in our 2nd building. They must have superior communication, remote collaboration, creative thinking, and time management, these skills are essential.
This role requires a strong understanding of machining procedures, metal properties, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. It is essential for the Swiss Lathe Supervisor to stay updated on machining technology and continuously improve their skills and knowledge. Operate and set up Swiss-style CNC Machines to produce precision parts for various industries, including aerospace, power generation and other industries metal parts.

Pre-employment
