Job description: Our client in North Attleboro, MA has an IMMEDIATE need for a Lead Welder/Fabricator. The Lead Welder/Fabricator will be expected to complete projects from start to finish for high-end structures.

Hours: Full Time, Monday thru Thursday / 6:30am – 4:00pm and Friday / 6:30am - 10:30am

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour; OT is offered

Responsibilities:Perform MIG & TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminumOperate fabrication equipment: press brakes, plasma cutters, CNC presses, rollersRead and interpret CAD drawings and blueprintsCut your own materials

Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in metal fabrication (MIG/TIG welding required)Technical aptitude: Skilled in blueprint reading, CAD/drawing interpretationPhysical stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsSafety mindset: Committed to PPE use and a clean shop environment
