In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the operation of our web printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of web printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of press operators, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in the printing process.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in printing technology is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web press operation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of web printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
