We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Tool Room Machinist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this individual will lead one Tool Room Machinist while overseeing tool room operations, supporting manufacturing processes, and ensuring the production of high-quality tooling and machined components.
Position Summary
The Lead Tool Room Machinist is responsible for performing and overseeing precision machining operations on both manual and CNC equipment. This role requires extensive machining experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage tooling projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications
-Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of machining experience.
Strong proficiency operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
Solid understanding of machining feeds and speeds for a variety of materials.
Experience working with close tolerances and precision measurement tools.
Knowledge of Mastercam software or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with one other team member.
