About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Technician to join our team in Goldsboro, GOLDS. As a Lead Test Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement testing procedures, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be critical in identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the testing process. Ultimately, your work will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a testing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the testing process and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality
• Develop and implement testing procedures in collaboration with the engineering team
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed
• Analyze data to identify and resolve issues that arise during the testing process
• Maintain accurate records of testing results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
