Lead Technical Support Engineer - Coiled Tubing

This role is responsible for Post Sales support for customers. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

As a Lead Technical Support Engineer - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing CT Procedures, Job Programs and Post Job Reports.
• Operating CIRCA/CYCLE programs for CT job simulations and fatigue cycle monitoring.
• Full involvement in the Design, Execution and Evaluation process for a CT operation.
• Following up on CT string maintenance tasks with the field personnel to meet company requirement.
• Executing the contracted scope of work emphasizing Quality Assurance and HSE.
• Participating in the investigation process of CT Service Quality incidents.
• Identifying and following up opportunities to introduce new CT technologies.
• Attending critical CT operations when required
• Demonstrating effective communication with customer and co-workers and problem-solving skills.
• Transmitting knowledge and develop others.
• Preparing case histories, abstracts and SPE papers

Fuel your passion:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Have 10+ years of relevant work experience in Coiled Tubing
• Have thorough understanding of P/L technology & service delivery requirements
• Have completed Sea Survival Training and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training
• Have completed or Certified International Well Control Supervisory Level
• Have Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Outlook)
• Have experience in in CT job modelling software / CT applications such as: CT Sand Clean Out (Concentric and Conventional), ALWD Deployment (SnapScreen & SnapShot), Gas Shut Off, Water Shut Off, Relative Permeability Modifier, PLT
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English/Azerbaijani
