Morning:
Review performance metrics across locations
Connect with Assistant Lead Supervisors to align on daily priorities
Conduct store visits to observe operations and coach team members
Ensure quality standards are being met in cake production
Provide hands-on support during peak periods
Afternoon:
Lead training sessions for team development
Review and optimize inventory levels across locations
Analyze sales data and adjust production plans
Collaborate with Operations Manager on strategic initiatives
Coach Assistant Lead Supervisors on performance management
Evening:
Ensure closing procedures are executed properly
Review daily reports and prepare action plans
Plan upcoming schedules and staffing needs
Document team member progress and development needs

P&L analysis and financial management
Inventory optimization methods

1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic business math and computer proficiency
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
Competitive Compensation: $19-21/hour based on experience and proven management capabilities
Comprehensive Training: You'll undergo training at all four bakery locations to ensure you understand each site's unique characteristics and operations
