Lead Service Technician – Job Description
The Lead Service Technician is responsible for overseeing all structural, mechanical, and maintenance operations within the property. This role ensures all repairs and replacements are completed efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment.
Key responsibilities include implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities. The Lead Service Technician maintains inventory and proper condition of tools, parts, and supplies to support daily operations.
This position also leads apartment “make-ready” activities, ensuring units are fully prepared for new residents in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
