Job Overview:
We’re searching for a Lead Quality Control Technician, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Quality Technicians' performance and inspecting products to ensure conformity throughout the inspection process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•
Monitors Quality Technicians during inspection activities to ensure adherence to ethics and safety procedures
•
Oversees Quality Technicians and communicates goals
•
Ensures Quality Technicians have the resources needed for completion of the job
•
Organizes and delegates daily QC Technician tasks
•
Interacts with the Quality Supervisor to provide feedback to the management group
•
Ensures that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards
•
Represents and advocates for team needs
•
Motivates QC Technicians to accomplish goals
•
Participates in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
•
Completes additional tasks as assigned by management
Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
•
High school diploma or equivalent
•
2+ years of quality/industry experience
Required Qualifications/Skills
•
Capable of reading tape measurements and reading/interpreting YES shop drawings
•
Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, Power point
•
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language
•
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
