OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE
The Lead Project Manager is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of IS and business projects. The Lead Project Manager is responsible for general knowledge of business processes throughout the company. This role is vital as they are the conduit between business users and IS development and technical skills.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Education: Four-year college degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years’ experience as a JD Edwards business analyst. 18+ years’ experience as a general business analyst in an ERP environment or 18+ years of other technical Information Services or related business experience. PMP certification is required. Other technical certifications such as ITIL, APICS, or industry specific are preferred.
Specialized Training/Skills: Skilled and formally trained with at least two or more JD Edwards modules or other relevant Carolina Software. Demonstrated multi-project management skills are required in a matrix management environment. Demonstrated technical research and strategic thinking skills are required.
