The Production Leadis responsible forcultivating a culture of safety, security, and operational resilience across all enterprise locations. This role ensures compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity while aligning with the organization’s core values: Commit to Craftsmanship, Nurture Relationships, Honor Heritage, and deliver on our promise of Grandma Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and assign tasks.

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts.

• Train and mentor associates.

• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.

• Support audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience, including leadership.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• PPE usage and ability to inspect production areas.

• Work in varying conditions (cold, heat, humidity, noise).
