The Position Story:

Being a key piece of their continued market growth in North America, you will lead the full design and technical execution of major industrial projects.

You’ll work to deliver precise solutions through advanced modelling, rigorous planning, and seamless coordination with clients, suppliers, and partners. Focused on innovation, quality, and operational excellence, you will help build infrastructure that create spaces for progress.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan and manage project timelines according to design, permitting, and execution schedules, ensuring full contractual compliance.
• Structural Design Leadership: Design the structural framework of constructions and equipment, ensuring full compliance with functional, operational, and safety requirements.
• Time Management: Calculate and monitor detailed project schedules and deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery of project phases.
• Project Quality Standards: Set, implement, and verify project quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality engineering outputs
• Project Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis and full understanding of all project provisions, technical documentation, and client requirements
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to internal company regulations, occupational health and safety standards, fire safety protocols, and civil protection requirements

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the food industry, manufacturing and packaging processes, Layout, Tech-Specs

• Proven in process engineering management, ideally within consumer manufacturing and packaging processes

• Ability to manage different stakeholders both internally and externally

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic operation.

• Experience managing large engineering projects from planning to execution driving financial performance in a high-revenue business.

• Deadline-driven mentality showing effective time management skills, organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail

• A strategic and hands-on leader who can balance high-level decision-making with operational execution.
