JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all activities in Printed Circuit Board area and working closely with Production Supervisor to ensure all daily shipments are meet.

Activities:

Activities include but not limited to:

  • Monitor and allocate resources to ensure product is shipped on time according to production schedule.
  • Set up, dispatch, and monitor priorities for each work area according to priority list and Production Planning's needs.
  • Enforce all operators to adhere to productivity, safety, and ESD requirements (heel/wrist straps, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Ensure new operators are trained properly while producing quality work.
  • Perform random audits of work orders from each area.
  • Escalate performance and disciplinary issues to management.
  • Identify and help provide solutions related to organization, cleanliness, and procedures in manufacturing area.
  • Interact with other departments and managers to communicate and solve various job-related issues.
  • Responsible for NCMR and MRB documentation in department area.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable and motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 3-5 yrs. related PCBa experience preferably as a lead.
  • PCBa, Soldering, and ESD experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and prints is required.
  • Good basic computer skills.
  • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work well with others.
  • Potential for growth.
