Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of press brake operators, providing training and support as needed.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine the appropriate bending sequences and tooling requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a press brake operator, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
