Nammo Energetics (NEI) is the division of Nammo Group responsible for the establishment of a solid rocket motor manufacturing facility located in Perry, Florida adjacent to the existing Nammo Perry Inc facility. NEI will oversee the design, construction, qualification, and personnel staffing for the facility which targets initial production in 2027.
The Design Engineer will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting issues with our automated and semi-automated equipment. This person will make improvements to equipment to insure we efficiently meet our production, quality, and safety requirements.
This position is on-site at the Nammo Energetics Office in Downtown, Perry, Florida and requires some travel to Raufoss, Norway within the first 12-18 months.

Must be able to obtain BATF approval to work with our products.
Must have good vision (may be corrected)
Must be able to communicate written and verbally
Must be able to travel.
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to work outside of the standard work schedule, including nights and weekends.
