WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead production engineering teams to drive efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Step into any situation, assess what’s happening, and take action to make it better.
• Inspire and motivate people at all levels, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
• Own key projects from concept to completion, breaking down roadblocks and keeping things moving.
• Work closely with managers to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Be a hands-on leader, comfortable in both strategic planning and being involved in the details.
