About the Role

The Lead, Manager Excellence will be responsible for elevating manager enablement across the enterprise. This role is focused on building frameworks, strategies, and tools that help leaders and managers deliver exceptional results through their teams.
Reporting into the Head of Leadership Development within the Global Talent Management & Leadership Development team, this role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen manager capability and effectiveness. You will also manage one direct report and collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a Manager Capability Framework to define success for managers at Kraft Heinz.
Design and deliver the Manager Effectiveness Roadmap to ensure a progressive and impactful manager experience.
Create and implement a measurement strategy to track progress and define clear performance indicators, in partnership with People Analytics and the Learning & Development team.
Lead enablement efforts for managers for our People Cycle, building resources and tools to drive manager capability during each stage.
Oversight of the New Manager Program, continuously evolving and optimizing the program to enhance onboarding and development experiences.
Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate frameworks into key talent practices and programs.
Influence enterprise leadership to embed manager effectiveness as a critical business driver.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in leadership development, talent management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, program design, and implementation experience; analytical mind-set with the ability to measure impact of initiatives; excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Leadership: Experience managing and developing talent (people leadership responsibility).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
