Lead Maintenance Technician

Pay: $38-$44/hr

Shift: First Shift (Overtime as needed)

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $38-$44/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of the facility, grounds, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and other production equipment
• Maintain reliability of building systems to support continuous production
• Coordinate and monitor third-party contractor work for safe, compliant operations
• Use CMMS to document and track maintenance work orders (preventive maintenance)

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 7–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and knowledge of safety practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Experience with preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and technical manuals

Skills

• CNC equipment troubleshooting and repair (CNC lathes and machining centers)
• Electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics maintenance
• HVAC and plumbing diagnostics and repair
• Preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and maintenance planning
• CMMS utilization and spare parts inventory management
