Job Description

Position Summary

Lead site maintenance operations with a primary focus on industrial electrical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and uptime. Mechanical experience is also needed.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• 3+ years reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting:
• 120V, 240V, and 480V systems
• Three-phase power
• Motors and motor controls
• VFDs, relays, contactors, and sensors
• PLC-controlled equipment
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and reliability efforts.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Review electrical drawings and support equipment installations.
• Coordinate contractors, projects, and spare parts inventory.
• Support maintenance budgeting and capital improvement projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
• Technical degree or electrical certification.
• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.

Hiring Standard

Electrical troubleshooting is the primary requirement for this position. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical troubleshooting experience and 3 years of blueprint/schematic reading experience. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered, regardless of mechanical maintenance experience.
