QUALIFICATIONS:

• Helps coach and support team/field staff to meet Department KPIs.

• This position will work closely with management to develop new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

• This individual must be willing to pursue,developandparticipatein continuing education.

• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.

• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, whileabiding byall codes.

• Must be capable of performing proper HVAC techniques such as soldering, gas fitting and sizing, venting, equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Mustmaintaina neat appearance (company uniforms) and good hygiene.

• Must be able to work on several projects and be able to handle frequent interruptions from customers, co-workers, or the telephone.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• A high school diploma or equivalent isrequired.

• A minimum of fouryears experienceincludinghands ontrainingand orHVAC work isrequired.
