Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
• Train and mentor installation helpers and junior technicians
• Complete system startups, testing, and final inspections
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in the field
• Maintain accurate job documentation and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous Lead Installer experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and best practices
• Experience with split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, duct modifications, and indoor air quality products
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
