Qualifications:**

• Strong HVAC installation and repair skills, with experience in residential and light commercial systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing concepts relevant to heating and cooling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and installation specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including guiding teams, training new installers, and coordinating job tasks.
• Commitment to safety practices, compliance with local codes, and adherence to company procedures.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Physical capability to lift equipment, work in varied environments, and perform hands-on installations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; EPA certification and relevant HVAC licenses are preferred.
• Prior experience as a lead or senior installer; trade school or technical training in HVAC is a plus
