| II. Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the plant waste and recycling team, including employee management, waste collection and sorting activities, transportation, workplace organization. | ||||

| 1 | Manage daily waste and recycling operations, including staffing, work areas, collection routes, and schedules, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. | |||
| 2 | Collect, sort, and transport waste and recyclable materials from designated areas according to established routes and schedules. | |||
| 3 | Properly separate general waste, recyclables, and production waste and dispose of them in designated areas according to company requirements. | |||
| 4 | Follow EHS, PPE, and safety requirements when handling broken glass, sharp objects, and other production waste, and promptly report hazardous waste, spills, or other abnormal conditions. | |||
| 5 | Properly operate waste carts, hand trucks, compactors, and other related equipment; perform routine inspections and report any issues promptly. | |||
| 6 | Maintain 5S standards in waste collection points, storage areas, and assigned work areas to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace. | |||
| 7 | Oversee equipment, tools, and 5S conditions within assigned areas, and coordinate the resolution of equipment or workplace issues. | |||

| Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d.
