Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in training new maintenance staff and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
