NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Fabrication Lead for a privately-owned fabrication shop that specializes in MiG Welder/Fabricator with Dual Shield experience for a great long-term opportunity in a local company specializing in equipment manufacturing.

What we are seeking:

• 5+ years of fitting and fabrication.
• 5+ years of mig and dual shield running .045 and .035
• 3+ years of supervisor or lead experience
• Previous experience welding 6 G.
• The ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience coordinating work force to ensure product completion.
• Teach and help implement all safety protocols.
• Track, record and report all re-work and product failures to help find root cause analysis.
• Previous experience using punch press, iron worker, cutting torch, and drill press.
• Great communication skills in working with Project managers, engineering, quality department, and production managers, and fellow workers.
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift for an 8 to 10-hour shift.
• The ability to lift 70lbs.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Job Details:

Location: Eugene, OR

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 6:30 AM to 4 PM M – Th and 6:30AM to 10:30AM on Friday

Pay: $25/h to $30/h DOE
