And we are looking for you.

 Your tasks:

• Designing and  developing global IT project & portfolio management governance, especially IT portfolio management processes and methods
• Implementation of these tasks through training and coaching measures
• Definition and maintenance of the cross-divisional IT project portfolio
• Reporting to IT management and relevant business stakeholders up to the LEONI Board of Directors
• Preparation and moderation of IT portfolio meetings, as well as preparation and communication of decisions
• Coordination of the annual budget planning process for IT projects, as well as management of the overall IT project budget in collaboration with the various business areas
• Management of stakeholders internally and externally
• Close collaboration with the IT PMO, IT Cost Management, IT Service Owners and IT Controlling

Your skills:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable academic training
• Relevant experience in project & portfolio management in a consulting company or within an industrial company in an international environment
• Good communication skills, customer orientation and experience in dealing with challenges
• Ability to structure complex issues in terms of content and present them convincingly
• Strong analytical skills and a confident handling of numbers
• Relevant experience in using software tools for project and portfolio management
• Willingness to travel (inter) national business trips
• Fluent in English and advanced knowledge of German is preferable
