Minimum GED qualification
At least 5 years CNC machining experience (milling, turning or grinding)
Very strong ability to read engineering drawings
Background in part programming with varied controls
Ability to work in a busy machine shop whilst managing multiple machining centres
Leadership capability with the interpersonal skills to train others, with an ambitious personality looking to progress your personal career
Excellent communication skills
