As a capability member responsible for getting needs, socializing, and discussing with stakeholders, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. By engaging with stakeholders, you aim to deeply understand their concerns and needs, effectively translating them into clear and actionable requirements.

 

You will have to delve deeper into the underlying needs and context, uncovering crucial insights that may not be immediately apparent. Through thoughtful questioning and critical thinking, the capability team can ensure that the requirements capture the true essence of the stakeholders' needs and align with the broader organizational context, ultimately leading to more effective and valuable solutions.

 

Your expertise in both business processes and technical capabilities allows you to facilitate discussions, ask the right questions, and extract essential details. By doing so, you ensure that the requirements communicated to the product team are comprehensive, well-defined, and aligned with the overarching business objectives. Ultimately, your efforts contribute to the successful implementation of solutions that truly address stakeholder needs and drive business value. 

 

Capability team is in close collaboration with Stakeholders, Architects, Product owners and product manager.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that the capability delivers value to the organization.

·        Rank new requests (funnel): Ensure new entries are aligned with our strategy, and at good level.

·        Business requirement refinement (pre-study): Refine requirement and assess impact on the platform.

·        Specify transversal requests: Lead capabilities impacting multiple applications by framing specification with product owners and then follow its implementation until the delivery.

·        Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges related to the capability and developing mitigation strategies to address them.

·        Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, workflows, and methodologies within the capability.

·        Development validation: Contribute to test during UATs to ensure it match with customer needs and ensure smooth transitions from development to deployment / change.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·        Proven experience in leading business analysis and functional specification design in a complex project environment.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
